The cult ostrich economy in Nierstein! Every time we are in Nierstein, we visit the Zwitscherstubb. It is also open here on Good Friday. The two innkeepers are quaint and cult. Sayings like "now sit with the others and get along" or "give me your glass" is a classic. The mood rises with every empty glass. The wine tastes good, with Spundekäs, Or a cheese and sausage plate and you hold out longer. Hardly anyone goes home sober!
